Greenpark Hotels and Resorts is a hospitality group offering a collection of upscale and upper upscale hotels across India. With a focus on warm and attentive service, premium amenities, thoughtfully designed accommodations and sustainable practices, we aim to make every guest experience memorable.

Our journey began in 1991 as Diana Hotels Ltd. Originally conceptualised as a business hotel brand, Greenpark has since grown into a portfolio of over 1,500 rooms, supported by a workforce of 1,500-plus employees. The addition of Marigold in 2011 and Avasa in 2012 marked our expansion into the premium hospitality segment.

Today, Greenpark operates hotels across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Coorg. The recent acquisition of Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR and Four Points by Sheraton properties in Ahmedabad and Chennai OMR, establishes Greenpark’s association with Marriott International Hotels.

Drawing on three decades of hospitality experience, the group has extended its expertise in conceptualising, building and managing successful business hotels into leisure hospitality, with its first resort in Madikeri, Coorg.
